Career Coaching

What is career coaching and who can benefit from it?

Clients often come to me with the following questions:

  • I am no longer happy in my current role. I want to make a change but how do I work out what else I can do and how do I make the change?

  • I have taken a career break and am thinking about returning to work but how do I get started?

  • How can I build my confidence and use my skills and experience in the current job market?

  • I want a fulfilling role but how can I get something to fit with my family commitments?

  • I want to take the next step in my career but how do I work out what I want this to be and what I need to do to make this change?

  • I am going through a redundancy process and want support in securing my next role.

Career Coaching is a process which enables people to recognise and utilise their own resources to make and manage career related decisions. You can benefit from career coaching if you are looking to return to work after a career break, want to make a career change, would like to set up your own business, go for promotion, increase your skills set or are a recent school leaver or graduate.
