Career Surgeries

A Career Surgery gives you the opportunity to book a free 20-minute consultation to discuss your current work or career issues in complete confidence. If possible I will offer some quick tips there and then, or direct you to some resources that can help you. If your issue is more complex or you are looking for a complete career change I will make a recommendation as to whether Career Coaching can help and if so what format or structure this may take. I will send you written confirmation of this so that you can take time to think about whether Career Coaching feels right for you now. You may decide to go ahead and book further one-to-one sessions, or defer to a point in the future when you have the time to dedicate to it.

I found it really helpful to talk through things. Rachel was really lovely, welcoming and supportive of me becoming a mum and in wanting to return to work. I kind of already knew what I wanted to do but talking it through with her enabled me to think about how to go about, for example approaching my manager and she gave me some pointers I had not thought of. The handout was really helpful. I think career coaching would be really beneficial for those looking to change positions.
