Who Runs Career Returner Workshops?
I run Career Workshops with Frances Cushway.
Frances has a PGC in Career and Talent Management and is on the UK register of Career Development Professionals with the Career Development Institute. Frances worked for the majority of her career in two of the top UK companies, PwC and the BBC where she conducted hundreds of interviews and assessments at all levels,
from graduate recruitment to Partnership level. Frances is trained in the use of psychometrics and other recruitment tools and has designed assessment centres. She understands how the selection process works and brings this knowledge to her coaching clients. With over a thousand hours of career coaching and development experience with all levels from Graduates to Executives, those looking to change career completely, going through redundancy or struggling to find their next role Frances has worked with a wide selection of clients including mothers returning to work after maternity leave as well as after a career break raising their families.
